A Texas man shot and killed his girlfriend’s ex-husband at some level of a dispute over childcare in a newly-launched video. Kyle Carruth claims self protection and has no longer been arrested over the incident, which came about when Chad Learn bought into an argument with his ex-companion, Christina, over what time he used to be speculated to take up their son. Once Chad arrived at the house in Lubbock, Carruth and Christina urged the father to leave. Because the argument heated up, Carruth went interior and bought a rifle.
