Shapely video captured the moment an off-accountability Connecticut cop punched a motorist. The drama started when Thomas Brocuglio honked his horn to salvage the motive force in entrance of him to save a turn. The offended pickup driver obtained out of his vehicle, walked over to Brocuglio’s van and punched him within the face. Police came upon the suspect at home.
