Cities in Europe enlighten a growing form of property developers are shopping up residential residences, to rent them to tourists on Airbnb.
The web advise began as a mode for folk to rent out their spare rooms. But several cities claim that with more mavens the utilization of the positioning, folks are being forced from their properties.
Ten cities are essentially asking the EU to wait on them retain a watch on this.
BBC Scotland’s the Nine went to Valencia, the build 1 in 15 properties within the old city is now listed on Airbnb.
