As the US debates reform its immigration machine – and tackle roughly 11 million undocumented immigrants residing in the nation – successfully off foreigners already ranking a trusty route to a brand new existence in America.
A visa programme known as EB-5 affords in a foreign nation investors the different to ranking eternal space – a green card – in return for $1m (£614,000). In areas with high unemployment, the visas are readily available for a $500,000 investment.
